TIM SWEETSIR, STATE REP CANDIDATE FOR GRAFTON 8

My wife Debra and I have been married for 35 years. We have three sons. We have lived in the town of Ashland since 2005 and consider it our home. We enjoy camping, boating and a variety of sports.

Currently retired, my background has been in law enforcement, sales, manufacturing and the military; serving in the US Army from 1976 to 1981. In 1991 when Desert Storm Broke out I enlisted in the New Hampshire Army National Guard and served in the NH Guard  and Army Reserve from 1991 to 1998.

     I was a Police Officer in Stonington, Maine and became the acting Police Chief for a short time before moving to New Hampshire in 1986, I worked for the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department and part-time for the Northwood Police Department before working full-time with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections.

I want to be the "Voice of the People" in my district. I am a strong advocate for senior care, veterans care, law enforcement, and EMS personnel.
